What is RTT and how does it work?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful and proven approach that combines hypnosis, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to deliver fast, effective results.

A session will usually last between 1.5-2 hours and during this time we’ll access the subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of the challenges you’re facing. Unlike traditional talk therapy, RTT doesn’t just manage symptomsβ€”it helps rewire deep-seated beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Identify the Root Cause: Through a relaxed, guided state of hypnosis, we’ll explore your subconscious mind to identify where and why certain beliefs or habits began. By accessing the subconscious mind, clients can revisit pivotal moments or events that created negative patterns.

  2. Reframe the Mindset: Once we understand the root cause, we’ll reframe and replace those limiting beliefs with empowering ones that align with the life you want to create. By creating new neural pathways, RTT allows clients to shift from destructive thought patterns to constructive, self supporting ones.

  3. Reinforce the Change: After the session you will receive a personalized recording. To ensure you get the best results possible it is vital that you listen to the recording for at least 21 days. This repetition reinforces the new, positive beliefs. It’s designed to strengthen the new, positive pathways in your mind for lasting transformation. Clients feel a deep sense of relief, confidence and freedom as they embrace their new beliefs and behaviors.

Hi, I’m Lauren Byrne, a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) passionate about helping individuals break free from emotional trauma and mental health challenges to create the life they truly deserve.

I’ve been privileged to learn directly from Marisa Peer, the world-renowned therapist, best-selling author, and creator of RTT. Her #IAmEnough movement has inspired me to embrace healing not only for myself but for others who need it most. My journey has been both transformative and deeply rewarding.

Having faced and overcome a number of my own personal challenges it has created a deep empathy and the understanding of the pain others endure. These experiences have shaped me into the person I am today, compassionate, resilient and deeply committed to helping others. RTT allowed me to break free from limiting beliefs and emotional pain and it gave me the tools to rebuild my life with clarity and purpose. This profound experience ignited a passion within me to guide others through their own challenges, empowering them to find freedom and peace. As an RTT therapist I am honored to provide a safe, supportive space where healing and transformation can take place. Whatever it may be, I am here to help you uncover the root cause of your struggles and guide you towards the life you deserve.

  • There are 3 different types of change-

    Immediate Change - This occurs right after the session. Clients may feel lighter as if a burden has been lifted, or they might notice an instant shift in how they think, feel or react to situations.

    Cumulative Change - Over the following days and weeks clients experience gradual improvements as the new beliefs and patterns take root. Changes might feel small at first but grow consistently over time, creating noticeable transformations in behavior, mindset and emotions.

    Retroactive Change - This is when a client looks back weeks or months later and realize how profoundly the session has impacted their life. This change reflects the deep, subconscious rewiring done during the session, which continues long after the therapy itself.
